Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chilango Town!

Returns: We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Products: Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and decorated products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items: Sale items, clearance items, DTF transfers, HTV transfers and custom or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
